The Regenerative Surface

2014

The Regenerative Surface is an intervention and future scenario proposal to Grønland in Oslo, Norway. It tends to tackle Grønland, its people, urbanism, and city life. It targets the diversity of circumstances and proposes new qualities for tomorrow’s Oslo. It attempts to eliminate differences between spaces and elements and has the potential to liberate urban surfaces from their separate identities .The idea behind the intervention is to do so with the social impact of the area as well. That despite the diversity of the individuals, Grønland smoothens the differences and at some points connects the separate individuals.
